以下の環境でzabbix1.0をconfigureしたところ

configure: error: Invalid NET-SNMP directory - unable to find net-snmp-includes.h
というエラーが出力され止まってしまいます。

net-snmpはrunningになっています。
net-snmpはCD-ROMからインストールして、/etc/snmp/snmpd.confを
mrtgなどのサイトを参考に書き換えただけです。
他に必要な設定があるのでしょうか?
