Zabbixエージェントと通信できない

同一筐体上にZabbixサーバとZabbixエージェントを稼働させておりますが、
通信ができません。

初期状態では通信できていたのですが、
初期状態ではfpingが送信できないため、設定を変更したところ
fpingは飛ぶようになったのですが、
逆にZabbixサーバとZabbixエージェント間の通信ができなくなりました。
設定を確認したのですが、原因となるところわからないため、
設定誤りの箇所をご教授いただけませんでしょうか。

と定義されているようですが、この状態ですと、server 側から agentd へ向けての
問い合わせ要求が「10.168.17.101」から発信される扱いとなります
agentd 側では、server は「127.0.0.1」と定義されていますので、「127.0.0.1」以外からの
問い合わせ要求を、すべて棄却している状態となってしまっています
結果、通信がうまくいっていないようです

WebUI上でのホスト登録時IPを「127.0.0.1」としていらっしゃるか、「10.168.17.101」としていらっしゃるかによっても
若干変わってくるのですが

zabbix_server.conf 側から 「SourceIP」定義を削除したうえで、WebUIでのホスト登録を「127.0.0.1」とするか
もしくは、zabbix_server.conf 側の「SourceIP」定義を「10.168.17.101」としたうえで、WebUIでのホスト登録IPを「10.168.17.101」とするか
いずれかで、直近の問題は解決するのではないかと思われます

いずれのパターンにしても、「iptables」など、ファイヤーウォール系のサービスが邪魔をしている可能性が否定できません
上記 conf の確認とあわせて、チェックしてみてはいかがでしょうか?

現在の状況をご連絡いたします。

(SELINUXとIPTABLESは無効化している環境でございます。)

fripper様よりご指摘いただいた箇所(エージェント側設定)を修正しましたところ、
ログを確認しましたところ、サーバとエージェント側で通信可能となりました。
WEBUI上でPINGやTRACEROUTEが利用かのうとなりました。
(ありがとうございます。)

ただ依然としまして、ダッシュボード上ではエラーがでております。

server.confにもagent.confにもhost [Zabbix server]の設定はありませんが、
なぜかZabbix serverホストと通信できないとでてしまいます。
念の為、サーバ側もエージェント側もプロセスをリブートしたのですが、

エージェント側のコンフィグファイルを一つしか設定しておらず、もう一つを見落としておりました。
もう一つを設定変更したところ、サーバと正常に通信できました。
