Zabbix5.4 アイテムキー[system.run]でエラーとなる

アイテムキー[system.run]を使ってコマンド実行結果の監視を実装しているのですが、
pwdやlsなど基本的なコマンドでも全て以下のエラーとなります。
Agent側の設定ではAllowKey=system.run[*]とAllowRoot=1にしても状況はかわらないため、
これまでの質問フォーラムを拝見したところ、機器側の環境変数などZabbixユーザ設定が原因ではないかと考えますが
具体的な修正方法がわかりません。

知識不足で恐縮ですが具体的にサーバの権限や環境変数など何を修正すれば良いか
同様の事象などで解決策ご存知であればご教授いただけないでしょうか。

system.run 等での外部コマンドの実行時には、パスの通っていない状況での
実行となります
/bin/ls
等、フルパスにて対象コマンドを指定する必要があります

シェルスクリプト等を指定する場合には、そのスクリプトに
実行権限を付与 ( chmod +x 等 ) することと、当該スクリプトに
zabbix エージェントを実行している zabbix ユーザがアクセスできることが必須となります

以下のキーで試してみたのですが、やはりエラーとなってしまいますが、
ほかに設定上配慮するべきことはありますでしょうか。

キー:
system.run[system.run[/usr/bin/pwd,wait]

エラー内容:
sh: system.run[/usr/bin/pwd: そのようなファイルやディレクトリはありません

pwdの権限
ls -l /usr/bin/pwd
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 33280 3月 16 2019 /usr/bin/pwd

なお、sshエージェントで他ユーザ指定してコマンド実行する場合には正常にコマンド実行の結果が取得できています。

system.run[/usr/bin/pwd,wait]

なのではないでしょうか?

を削除してはどうでしょうか。
